PRYCA Float-In 17-19 July 2015

Thirty-six WYA members and one guest attended the Float-In and competed for the PRYCA CUP. We had a superb time but came in second place for the coveted CUP. Honestly, if the rules were followed to the letter we would have won it, but good sportsmanship demanded there would  be no arguments so a couple of rules got modified and thus our second place finish. It was fun and we enjoyed. Last year we were in third place, this year second and next year we'll bring the CUP home. The attendees included Bill and Donna, Jeff and Margo, Bob and Norma, Ruth and Jean, Chris and Mary Jane, Steve and Mary Ann, Phil and Carey, Gary and Nancy, Mike and Vicky, Dan and Elaine, Phil and Patti, Ralph, Kris with Janet Coleman, Les and Hope, Diane and Peggy, Steve and Andi, Steve and Paula with their son Hunter, and our newest members Joe and Ann. Friday night a BBQ buffet started the event accompanied by some loud music. Saturday included breakfast, lunch, CUP game competition, dinner and awards plus some more music. Sunday we enjoyed a massive breakfast buffet than took off. Twenty-two of our members headed off for our 7 day long trip. See below for some pictures of the weekend event.
