Past Events for 2012

|
On January 14, 2012 WYA held a Plan Fest to firm up the 2012 Calendar of Events. Twenty five members attended and we welcomed two new couples into the club. The event was held at The Lighthouse in Colonial Beach, VA. After the meeting, all stayed for a leisurely lunch. |

| Carey Bolin, our Rear Commodore, led the planning fest, where we discussed the what, when and where of events and activities for the year. The participants included 25 of our members. A raucous, but democratic, event. All agreed that more impromptu events would be held to keep us in the water and out of idle trouble. |

| Our Vice Commodore, Chris Smith, worked the back of the room and kept notes for an accurate record. That record is now posted on the 2012 Calendar of Events on this web site. |

| We adjourned to the restaurant side of the Lighthouse and enjoyed a great lunch. Polly was the first to get served (she had to leave early) and contended with onlookers as she ate. |
